What We Can Help With
We respond to factual corrections about bookmakers, licences, markets and cashier terms; requests to re-check pages that may be out of date; questions about editorial method or affiliate disclosures; and accessibility feedback. To speed things up, give us the page URL, the sentence in question and a link to a public source that supports the change.
Reaching Us
A monitored contact address or working form has not yet been added to this site's configuration. The owner should publish one before launch. Until then, please treat this page as a description of what we handle rather than as an active inbox.
Problems With a Bookmaker Account
We do not operate any sportsbook and cannot intervene in bets, withdrawals, verification or deposits. If something has gone wrong, use the bookmaker's official support channel, ask for the bet reference, the rule relied upon and the stated settlement or payout window, and save the correspondence. Keep card numbers, documents and passwords within the operator's secure system.
Escalating a Complaint
Follow the bookmaker's own complaints route first, then any alternative dispute resolution service it lists. Offshore operators may not offer the same escalation options as UK-licensed bookmakers, so read that section of the terms before you deposit. The UK Gambling Commission does not resolve individual disputes with operators it does not license.
Personal Data
Please never attach identity documents, bank or card details, passwords or proof of address. If your enquiry is about personal data, label it as a privacy request and describe the page or interaction involved without sending sensitive files.
